Refund policy

  • Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing item(s) must be submitted within 7 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo and/or video displaying the evidence of the claim. All of these claims can range from 4-6 business days to be resolved after claim is submitted.
  • Items are Not eligible for return if any of the following conditions apply: Odors of any kind e.g. smoke, perfume, sprays, hair products and items received more than 7 days prior to the claim. Refund will be denied.
  • All shipping fees to send the package back to us and for us to send the correct item(s) back to you will be waived ONLY for the wrong, defective, or missing item(s) as a mistake on GlitzBlingedMe behalf.
  • Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct.  All Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages are subject to a restocking fee of (10%). GlitzBlingedMe will send an email explaining return and if no response is received within 2 business days item(s) will be restocked. A refund minus the restocking fee (10%) and shipping fee will be issued via the original form of payment. Customer must provided a verifiable address via USPS to ship again plus additional shipping fee.
